Meet The Team
Kim Hibbs Project Manager/General Contractor Kim oversees the design, development and construction of each new home and project we build. Kim is actively involved in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis where he serves on the Board of Directors. He also chairs the HBA’s Custom Home Builder’s Council, is a member of the Green Building Council, and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders. Kim is an experienced builder of high performance luxury homes, having built one of the first gold level verified green homes in the St. Louis area. He is also an Energy Star recognized builder.
Matt Belcher Consulting Partner-Verdatek Solutions, LLC Matt has been actively involved in the St. Louis construction industry for three decades, including six years as a top building codes official for St. Louis County. Matt is an experienced builder and developer, and a nationally recognized consultant, educator and author on the business of high-performance "green" building and development. Matt serves on the National Association of Homebuilders Board of Directors, NAHB's Energy and building Codes and Standards sub-committees, and is incoming Chairman of the NAHB Green Building sub-committee. He was 2007 President of the St. Louis HBA and has earned CGP and MCGP designations.
Jan Hibbs Sales/Marketing, Licensed Realtor Jan is a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker, helping manage new home sales and marketing for Hibbs Homes throughout the St. Louis area. She also manages the business and financial operations for Hibbs Homes.
Dean Holtmeyer Superintendent Dean brings more than 25 years residential and commercial construction experience to Hibbs Homes. Dean’s career began in 1984 as a laborer, but he quickly worked his way up the ladder to union carpenter, foreman, and into management for some of St. Louis’ premier custom homebuilders. Dean is extremely dependable and thorough, and works closely with each of our clients on their renovation and construction projects.
Krista Howard Interior Finishes Coordinator Krista’s design career began in Santa Fe NM, where she had the privilege of working closely with many local artists and craftsman. For more than 20 years she has worked on many homes and with many colorful clients throughout the US. Krista has spent the last 10 years in St. Louis working closely with homeowners on residential construction projects, and her clients are always extremely pleased with her design work.
Jay Stuckel Project Estimator/Coordinator Jay brings with him many years of experience with several of St. Louis’ largest builders. He has spent the last 25 years working in the residential construction industry, and has helped many clients achieve the maximum value for their investment. Jay has experience in many phases of residential construction, including estimating, subcontract bidding, and product specification.
