Kim oversees the design, development and construction of all projects. Kim is actively involved in the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and serves on its Board of Directors. He chairs the HBA’s Custom Home Builder’s Council, is a member of the Green Building Council and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Jan is a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Gundaker, helping manage new home sales and marketing for Hibbs Homes. She also manages the business and financial operations for Hibbs Homes.
