This was one of our favorite projects - the renovation of a 100 year old four family flat in the Tower Grove area of South St. Louis. We gutted the entire building and turned it into a beautiful single family home with a large master suite, two additional bedrooms and three bathrooms. We opened up a couple walls to expose the brick, added a two car garage and a large deck out back. The home was sold to a wonderful young couple who had just moved to the St. Louis area.
