Hibbs Homes was selected by the city of St. Louis to build two new homes in the historic Shaw Park neighborhood of St. Louis City. They were the first two new homes built in the area in nearly 40 years. The plans had to be approved by the city to meet strict design guidelines. Each two story home was specifically designed to fit into the neighborhood, but still offer homeowners the modern conveniences to today. The homes were built as specs - one sold during construction, the other shortly after completion. It was a fun project we are very proud of, and after completion we were named Shaw Neghborhood Developer of the Year in recognition of our efforts to preserve the historic feel of the area.
