This three-story full brick addition was completed in Spring of 2011 in Clayton, Missouri. The project included a new master suite on the third floor, great room with Ipe deck on the main floor and garage on the ground floor. The project also included renovating the existing basement to include a wine cellar, laundry room and workout room. On the outside, a full paver driveway with snowmelt was installed, as well as paver patio with fire pit. We worked closely with St. Louis brickyards and expert masons to insure the bricks on the addition is indistinguishable from the original structure.l
